Please review the following operational guidelines for international flights operating at King Khalid International Airport ,Terminal 5 (T5):
• Airport Access & Drop-off: Access to main curbside drop-off and pick-up roads (Departure & Arrival main entrances) is closed. All passengers must enter and exit exclusively through the Terminal 5 Parking Area (Car Park level).
• Departing Passengers:
- Proceed to check-in counters located at the Parking Level in batches.
- After completing check-in, remain in the designated safe waiting area at the Parking Level. You will be guided through security and passport control to the Bus Gates when boarding begins.
- All flight boarding will be processed via Bus Gates.
• Arriving Passengers: Disembarkation from the aircraft will be via buses to T5 Arrival Gates. After completing passport control, customs clearance, and baggage claim, proceed directly to the Parking Area for ground transportation.
• Commercial Outlets & Duty-Free: Commercial services are restricted to the Service Floor only. Duty-Free shops and commercial outlets on the Departure and Arrival floors are currently closed.
• Passenger Safety Guidelines: Follow all instructions from Riyadh Airports staff immediately. Keep away from glass facades, avoid rushing or pushing, and move calmly to designated Assembly Zones if instructed.
